C# tools for the Google Web API

For this week's Featured Project, I wanted to show how one person is using the Web API that we released some years back. Justin Chase, of the University of Minnesota Duluth, has written some C# tools for accessing the Google Web Search API. It runs on Mono, so those of you developing on Linux can use this library as well. Thanks Justin!
